About

Hi! I'm Emma

As a former midwife and lactation consultant, I bring an in-depth and holistic understanding of the unique needs and challenges that individuals face during their pregnancy and postpartum journeys. As a mother myself, I understand the emotional and physical demands of motherhood and the untethering that can happen as we adjust to new identities, new roles, and new relationships. My approach is one based in compassion and empathy where we will work together to navigate this transformative time.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. I received my certification in Perinatal Mental Health through Postpartum Support International in 2021.
